On many occasions you can book a taxi when you need it, though to avoid disappointment at busy times it would be advisable to make your booking early. On busy nights e.g. Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, it is best to book early to ensure that you will get a car at the time you want.
It’s best to keep a look out for your car and, if possible, be outside waiting for it. If you make your booking using a mobile phone you will receive a text message informing you of the approach of your car. This message will also contain the make and model of the car and its registration number. This information is designed to avoid confusion at pick up point.
All of our cars have 5 seats so they can accommodate up to 4 passengers.
Yes of course we provide a range of vehicles. Some of our cars have our company name and phone number on the side of the door. When booking your car, all you have to do is just ask for an unbranded/unmarked car.
If you have any special requirements just let the controller know when you make your booking and they will do everything they can to accommodate you.
Yes, our controllers will be happy to quote you a cost for any journey.
